a wish granter

yeap, that's me - a tiny wish granter.
i first came to know about make-a-wish foundation through a golf event that we organised few months back. since then, i learnt more of the organisation and hope i will be able to help grant the children's wishes.
well i did!
my company tied up with make-a-wish foundation and provided employees a chance to do their part for charity. many wishes were collected and hung at the christmas tree in our office and we were encouraged to make a child's christmas wish come true.
after looking at all the wishes on the tree, i selected Deborah's wish. the 10 year old wished for a nike outing sling bag, which i thought that should be an easy task. little that i know i would spend a whole day searching for a nike sling bag.
bb was sweet to accompany me to buy the gift. we started off at wisma and then to taka but still couldn't find any sling bags suitable for kids. so we headed to suntec nike store and still, nothing there.. our last resort was queensway shopping centre and voila! we finally found it!!!
and what's more, i got my early christmas present from bb! a nice purple nike jacket! LOVE IT!!
haha, i also gave him an early christmas gift - my iphone!! hiak hiak, while i got a new htc mozart myself! so smart right?! hee hee.
ooh, i love december, i love christmas! :)
