with all that wedding and baby topics surrounding me, it didn't took me long to realise how much i've grown and ready to step into another phase of life.

i've been receiving lotsa great news from my gfs and i feel so truly happy for each of them:

* haslinda happily married, now pregnant with their 1st child

* irene got hitched last year and will be delivering her 1st princess next week - i'm so excited!!

* zhen just informed us via facebook her big day in nov and asking for our address to send the red bomb

* cassi who is also getting married in nov, went for her photo shoot today

* ting just got labeled as mrs lim last sat and is planning for her rom in dec

i can't wait to witness all of their happiness and sharing their joy!

well, though my news is not as buzzy but it's quite a big step ahead for me - stan and i selected our flat in punggol today at hdb!! ok very typical singaporean i know but i see this as a motivation for us to work harder and at least, there is something we can look forward to achieving together - building a home, our home. :)

and i guess it's also time my mom realised that i've grown so quickly that i'll be leaving her soon. she came into my room and while asking me about my flat, she said she has never thought about me marrying off. and now with the flat selected, i should be getting married in a couple of years time and she asked me, "then i how?"

aiyo, my silly mom but she's so sweet! i can now foresee an emo scene during my big day - either she cry like shit or i cry like there's no tmr OR we both just hug and cry together! LOL!
it sends me chills just by thinking of it so let's not be troubled by the unknowns of tomorrow and live for the better that today brings!
