our first valentine's day :)

well, i wasn't expecting anything from him but once again, his surprise made my day a superbly pleasant one :)
i was feeling really tired and couldn't get enough sleep since i got back from chennai so i specifically told mom the night before that i wanna sleep till 12pm! but even before i could sleep till 11am, mom came frantically into my room at 10.15am, urging me to wake up and open the door. i got out of bed feeling grumpy and literally dragged myself to the door but my eyes suddenly lighted up when i saw the delivery man holding my fav tulips, waiting for me to sign off. indeed, it was a great surprise and i was beaming even more when i saw his little msg for me. hee..
we then had a simple dinner at prego followed by 'slumdog millionaire' at PS. i thank god for the luxury of good food, great companion and the steadfast relationship we share. i also thank him for the many meticulous efforts he put in to grow our love and i have to mention about the part where he held my hand and serenaded me with a love song in the car - he may not have noticed, but i was touched to tears - thanks baby!
it was definitely a night to remember :)
