F1 weekend

the weekend was a pretty rara one in singapore especially when we had the first F1 grand prix night race ever. i wasn't part of the excitement at all but i personally had a great 4 days spent with bei since i came back from shanghai on thurs noon. i definitely have to agree on the saying 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'. indeed, we were missing each other so much only to realise that it was only 5 days apart. oh well, this is what you get during the honeymoon period right? *shrugs*
i totally hate the thought of staying home on a typical fri night, where the whole world is partying outside. so the willful me actually dragged bei out of the house to catch a movie, when he's feeling unwell. oopsie.. -_-
we caught big stan on and the movie is decently funny. you can expect the usual silly expressions from rob and some corny adult humor.
bei and i agreed that the hot chick was much much better than this. but anyway, this movie is worth catching.
i'll give it a 3 popcorns!
sat and sun was filled with lotsa activities - mahjong, 2 X ktv-ing, 2 X bowling, movies etc! caught painted skin, starring humi's idol - donnie yen. the show is pretty draggy and revolves in relationships of many parties. this is the type of typical chinese show where you get to see demons eating human's heart to prolong their lives blah blah.
only 2 popcorns from me!! boooooo!
but other than the movie, i had a great time singing my heart out during the ktv sessions with bei, reece and desmond. it's not that i wanna give bei a tall hat but i really feel it's a pleasure listening to him sing. his soft and gentle voice gives a very reassuring sense of belonging, and i am totally drowning in his warm serenade la.. weeeee-yoooouu-weeeeet!!
ok, i better stop this lovey dovey mushy stuff or i know vivi is gonna say we're gross and she hates me! haha, but before i end this post, this is a great song that i wanna share. this song has been running in my head ever since he sang.. nice!
