met up with moo, hazel, sharyn and friends for dinner at the ex-marche (i think it's now called village) and went to minds cafe at boat quay. glad that moo asked me out for the night, if not i'll be stranded at home again. nice outing with the peeps but could be better if ah pang was around.

a great day spent with just me and nigee. we joined allan for a christmas service at the civil service club near holland area. actually, i enjoyed going for church service - singing the hymns and carols - surprisingly, you feel kinda holy after the service you know. i felt touched when this sudden wave of passion, faith and belief hit me when everyone was devotedly singing and praying. the service ended off after everyone exchanged gifts and a short skit. nice one!
we then went to PS to catch a movie 'the warlords' and spent rest of the day shopping for wines and had my favorite prawn mee for dinner.

was at work for half a day and received a nice xmas prezzie from domdom. went to visit anthony and jean - had a good lunch and spent rest of the afternoon catching up. went home and took a nap before ah pang came and pick me up for christmas dinner.
he made a reservation at greenwood fish market & bistro, a cozy little restaurant that we both have never been there before but have heard many good reviews about its fresh seafood.
indeed! we had a great seafood feast! lobster bisque, fresh new zealand live oysters, salmon sashimi and a hot seafood platter that includes lobster, more oysters, squid salad, clams, mussels, prawns and salmon kababs! woo-hoo! highly recommended for all to try! i will definitely go back for their famous oysters night - 1 dollar for an oyster each! check your street directory for 34 greenwood avenue!
we headed to catch 'i am legend' after the satisfying meal. hmm, movie was okay, nothing fantastic to comment but the ending was kinda lousy. i would recommend to buy the dvd instead!
